I am a graduate teaching assistant within the social work department of Glasgow Caledonian University. I have taught on the Counselling Skills module in which I have lead seminar sessions and prepared masters students for their taped interviews and reflective assignments on said interviews. I have experience of marking both undergraduate and post graduate social work assignments.
In addition, for the last 7 months I have been supporting a group of 12 articulation students; students transitioning from second year of college to second year of university. During this process I have been doing tailored academic sessions and setting mock assignments, as well as research into their progress throughout the last two academic trimesters.
